    Yep, agreed keep your rep ranges between 6-12 and take each set to failure. 2-3 sets per exercise IMO.

    weighted dips are great. you could try doing some heavy negatives as well on inclines and flat if you got a good spotter. Negatives are great for hypertrophy

    you could try adding some EFA's. Fats are digested more slowly so might help eliviate some of your hunger. Other than that just eat good foods
