Got paid on the weekend and have bought a pretty desecent weight gainer and sum creatine so supps are sorted for now. And the food intake is going all rite just eating like a bull but all meat and complex carbs :)
after last nites fun and games my back is feeling fine so i am just going to put the pain down to bad posture throughout the day. Then the sex is just the straw the broke the donkey

Did the shoulder dsay yesterday and it actually didn't take as long as i though it would so threw biceps into the morning aswel.
So just to clarify i should lower the reps and up the weight used .?.?.?.?.?.
Well after doing a load of deads today and putting massive strain on my lower back i have managed to stretch it out and then did squats and it was all right.
So therefor next time i have sex probs tomoro i'll post up wheter it gone again or not.

Chest/Back
Legs
Shoulders/Tri's/Bi's
Off/Cardio
Repeat
Chest
