Hi everyone.i am 25 years old 235 pounds with a 44'' waist( way 2 fat).i am starting training again 2 morrow on aprposed 12 week plan. weekends will involve doing 1-2 hours a cardio each day.
Monday-CHEST
Incline bench press
Incline dumbell press
flat dumbell press
incline flyes
pec dec flyes...
Gee thanks crumcake.the thing is i have to stick with it and make it through the 12 weeks. i think the first 2 weeks are the hardest
i might also change the protein shakes to real food like tuna and have beef for meal 3.what does everyone think. i will start another post as of 2 morrow to let...
Hello all.I am starting my cutting program for 12 weeks tomorrow.i have alot to lose and this may take more than the prescibed 12 weeks but here goes anyway. I will be working out with weights 5 days per week doing each bodypart once per week and cardio everyday.

Ok then so protein powders are ok to get alot of protein from but what about fibre. I have noticed in a lot of posts that fibre is never mentioned. Aren't we supposed to get at least 25-40 grams of fibre a day. Many of the diets i have seen prescribed never mention it. Just my thoughts.
So say that i eat 6 times a day that would be 55 grams of protein per meal. Wouldn't that be too much because i have read ( do not believe everything that you read) that body can only consume 35-40 grams of protein in one sitting. Is there a way around this and how would i incorporate this into...
Thank you for the reply Mr X. 330 g protein seems like a lot , would protein powders be useful or do u advise against them. Also would i consume the same amount of calories everyday, i would also be doing an hour of cardio everyday
