this is what i usually eat daily. of course there are some give and take but i try to stick to this:
morning 7:10am: oatmeal, 1-2 scrambled eggs, whey protein shake
snack 10:00am: yogurt, 1 baked potato
lunch 12:00pm: fish or beef, whey protein shake
snack 3:00pm: some fruit or vegetable or...
