    Creatine variants...

    It is my understanding that you need the sugars to create an insulin spike that transports the creatine into the muscle.. Creapure is just plain creatine with nothing added.. Does it still work? Please excuse my ignorance..

    Is there any real difference in the different types of creatine out there? I've used creatine monohydrate but I don't like all the added sugar necesary to drive it into the muscles.. Do the creatine pills (Creatine HCL) work as good? It seems that Cell-Tech has many creatine variants in it...

    Right, that makes alot of sense.. I am definately not going to use AAS any time in the near future, if at all.. I want to investigate SARMS-S4 a bit further, but at first glance it seems like an attractive product for someone like me.. Thanks for the info!
