    Anyone in late 40's? How is your workout different?

    I am in late forties and I started working out just more than a year ago. I was just wondering how my workout should be different from younger guys. Lower weights? Fewers sets? Either more or less repetitions pet set? More recovery time? Any input would be highly appreciated.

    Thanks man, You are on the mark when it comes to warm ups. I have noticed that if I do more warm ups, I can always do more work out.

    I am in my late forties and started working out six months ago. I am doing OK but am confused about how should I modify my workout according to my age. Any advise from not so young (or young) guys? Would highly appreciate it.
