ya that sounds like a dose. ive gotten great results on 25 mg mysealf and never felt the need to go more.i split the doses into 4 times a day.

definatly have nolv on hand incase you do start to show signs (itchy nip,irritation,small pea sized lump)if you do ,start with 40mgs till sides go away then take 20mg till end of cycle to prevent reaccurnce-feel free to correct me if im wrong. im just speaking on personal practice.
