I hit the gym hard during the day doing specific muscles, working out atleast 6 times/day and doing same muscles no more then 2 times per week, at night before dinner or going out i like to do some pushups/crunches just to get a pump and bigger appetite, is this okay? or should i not do that...
too late lol! i already done it and they still itch like mofos, i used some vaseline but i still think these guys are "pulling my chain" by telling me to dump rubbing alcohol on them. so i aint doing it.

Well im looking for the model cut look and am looking to be no more than 170lbs. so ideally I would like to gain 20lbs of muscle......I workout with a great guy who is basically a trainer and knows his stuff, im addicted to it after seeing results I just want whatever is out there to get max...
Been working out for 2 months was on creatine for a month.........have decided to stop that because ive heard its bad for your kidneys, what other supplements should i take, im about 155lbs, 5'11.......thanks.
