    Wow, Great info, thanks a lot. That site describes my pain/situation almost exactly. Think I'll pass on squatting tonight and save the video for when my knees feel better. I'll mess around with extensions, curls, front squats, leg press, and maybe half-squats or something, see if those bother it.
