    That it's only on one side makes me suspicious that it may be something else. Maybe some kind of deep cystic acne, ingrown hair, or something of the like, especially if it's just one localized lump. I'd see a dermotologist soon. You might just need it drained or removed - a simple procedure...

    YES YES YES!!!!!!!!! I really need to get an iPod. Pissin me off with the slow noise. I workout at a Gold's that has a good mix of members - tons (pun intended) of great equipment, lots of variety, etc. but I find that every outher workout I'm begging them to change the music. Woody killer....

    For the bi's Heavy dumbells, seated curls with back support - don't swing. Lighter incline bench curls to failure. Medium grip pull-ups, palms facing you. Hammer curls with a plate instead of db's Reverse grip barball curls - light and high rep. Don't neglect the tri's!! Go heavy but pay good...

    the question becomes: "What is a 6-pack?". If you want ab definition on a large, muscular frame, and you want your core to support you for other lifting activities, the you MUST train abs, obliques, and lower back with resistance. How can you be a serious bodybuilder and lift heavy otherwise...

    I agree with bluejay. DB presses are a little easier on the shoulders. You can more easily vary the width of your "grip" (distance between your hands), wider is not always better IMO, and there is also less inclination to bounce a bar off your chest - which usually leads to hyperextending the...
