    someone i know buys big tubs of one called Myopro which is supposed to be good, but never come across it before, i have recently bought one called Casilan i think, unflavoured and mixes with anything, love making chocolate shakes with it :)

    lettuce and other watery type veg, like cucumbers, celery etc are all negative calories, got so few calories in them that you actually burn more off eating them than you gain while consuming
