    I only eat steak occasionally, but I would eat it a lot more often If I could find a grassfed source. I have 4 oz or so of grassfed ground beef almost every day though.

    I personally have anywhere from 1-6 tablespoons of virgin coconut oil a day. Love the stuff. I throw it in the freezer and cut it into blocks.

    You're getting way to caught up in the nitty gritty of your workouts. Just go in the gym and bust your ass off, and switch up what you're doing every few months.
