    Well I can always do the 3K diet and keep measuring my BF% and if it goes up too high I can just drop back to 2400 cals right?

    I have calipers here and did a 9-site test on myself (which is quite difficult to do by yourself) and it came out to about 12% BF.. not sure if thats accurate or not.

    my current goal is to gain 20lbs and weigh 130.. I know that is still skinny but its a hell of a lot better than what I weigh now! I think I would be extremely happy if I could gain 20lbs in less than a year.
