    I've had that problem. Like someone else said...triceps are the biggest muscles in the arms and the best workout for them is weighted dips imo. If your chest is strong you shouldn't have an issue with that movement and I would incorporate it into both your arm and chest day if you do them...

    I avoid it because I can't afford it. Does anyone notice how much cheaper unprocessed foods are? Oats, eggs, nanners, cottage cheese, beans, etc. The only unprocessed foods that I eat that aren't cheap are cashews.

    I find that doing incline sit ups is easier on the back and a more effective exercise than doing flat.

    There wouldn't be a need to cycle it if she just took one pill a day for about a week, then bumped it up to two and so on. By the time she was done with the 3 pills a day, it would be the end of the cycle.
