I cycle creatine on & off pretty regularly, and I like It. I just finished a 10wk sust/dball cycle, and I'm going to hit the creatine. It usually helps me swell about 8-10 lbs. NOT ALL OF IT goes away afterwords for me. sorry I shouted.
I never do flat bench, just incline and decline (and other chest sets). Flat bench hurts my shoulder too much. I really don't give a shit what I can bench anyhow. Used to care, don't anymore
