Thanks Sassy... when I was at 24% I weighed 163lb that was two weeks ago sience then I gained 4lb, now I weigh 167lb my bf is 20% I gained 11lb of muscel and lost 6lb of fat.
I eat about 20-30 grams of carbs a day- mostley in the morning. Protein the rest of the day. I guess my body is doing...

I got real good strength gains and muscel gains. for exampel,on legg presses i can press 540lb X 12reps...i gained 8lb muscel in 2 months. I understand your concerns and thank you. so, you don't think i can loose 12%bf in 9wks?
