for legs i do
an alteration between
squats, front squads, box squads, wide grip squats
straight legged deadlifts for hamstrings
calf extensions
shin lifts
and some of the circuit machines
i lift isolation style
so say for arms i do
barbell curls
preacher curls
hammer (either dumbbells or cables)
and other iso exercises
for tris i do
close grip bench
french press
skull crushers
pulldowns
pullbacks
dips when my joints feel well enough
etc
