Yes. We have several popular martial arts in Russia: sambo, boxing, wrestling, judo, aikido, thai boxing. Not sure about ju-jit-su, have to look at it.

BTW, I did a wrestling bridge when I was a child, but as I remember well it needs some preliminary muscles work, because it too advanced.
I want to do regular hyperextension to improve my back. Is there any way how I can do it at home and without equipment? Are there any alternative to that exercise?
