I currently weigh in at 190lbs 5'11", and i would like to get up to about 220lbs or possibly 230 lbs. . Is it possible to gain weight without roids, and is it possible to get to this weight without gaining a lot of fat?

i use to go 5 days a week, but I find that rest is the key to serious strength training.
Monday:chest, bicep, abs, cardio (running in place, jumping jacks)
