    newbie question about getting bigger

    I'm following, just finished week 1 http://www.eclipsegym.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=57 I need to eat more but I'm not sure what to eat a lot of, cereal good? lots of chicken? whats something easily available that I can eat a lot of? I drink about 2 whey protein shakes a day.

    never mind, it pretty much say dont do cardio or very little if you have to do it. I just dont see how only 3 times a week and very little excersices will do what I want... guess we'll see.
