Im taking 750mgs of ALA (with very good results) and was wondering if im going to always get the pumps im getting off of it now?
Or will i have to lower or even go off of ALA for while and then go back on.....

Im using optimum nutritions 100%whey right now and was wondering if its ok to take it before i go to sleep?Ive done a search on this subject and alot of people say to take a Caseinate/whey mix.....

Id love to help you on this bro, but i dont like to take them.All i do is watch my diet and maybe do some cardio when cutting....The most important part to losing fat is DIET! IMO.....
