ya im leaning towards the no.1 just becuase i cant go wrong with it. thanks for the advice anyone else have some tips?

i recently bought cheap everlast grippers about a month ago. im unsure of how much resistance the grippers have but i can close it 70 times in each hand. im lookin to buy COC gripper but have no idea if i can jump right to a no.2 or start out with the no.1. any advice. thanks
