    g.i. in the morning?? what is this?? and fibrous?? If i carry on the way i am will i be removing the body fat whilst maintaining muscle mass? as i can handle the hunger pains in the night...!! Just wasn't sure i it was right to be getting them.

    Thanks for your comments...... I am loading my eating diary into fitday and i can already see where i need to make changes. Would you say i need to cut bread out completely??
