Keto is good for me but i need a carb up day instead of a meal.

I pretty much eat clean all week except I eat a cheat meal as my last meal on Saturday and Sunday. It goes like this Meal 1 P+C Meal 2 P+F Meal 3 P+F Meal 4 (PW) P+C Meal 5 P+F I been doing this going on 4 weeks now and I gain 7lbs with my body fat staying pretty much the same. Meal 6 P+F
