    my bad about the time i took to answer back, im not an endurance expert, but try finding a good pace to meet the requirement. 1 minutes to conver .15 a mile is exactly right, so try following that pace, then, next day rest a little, then day after try to run it a bit faster,. get GOOD running...

    well this is just my personality,(sorry about the back injury I had one too) But I'd focus on getting into EXCELLENT shape for the police exam to blow it away, then return to weightlifting. But if you feel you can't, try lowering the intensity.

    I think if you're seriously out of shape running wise, (No offense but 1.5 miles in 15 minutes is NOT HARD) you can add some good endurance quickly. Right now im average when it comes to weightlifting but i still can do 1.5 miles in 12 minutes without any extra training. How long did it take...

    if you're strong and tough and your opponent is taller, you can try to get in, once a shorter opponent has gotten in on you its very difficult to stop the attack

    jesus he got floored, still im glad to see lewis being champ, could brign a new era to boxing, with longer more techincal match ups, matches that are worth seeing again. Not that tyson fights are bad, but lewis fights are more interesting.
