right now i do needtoslin 60 mins before, then 30 mins after i eat oatmeal and wash it down with ultima 3 caps of attack and a cup of coffee.....im loving it so far its pefect...gonna be adding ancient strength during my cycle soon
i make a post workout shake with around 50 grams of whey protein isolate, 50 grams of maltodextrin, 50 grams of dextrose, super plasma protein, and creatine mono, and i love it....am i pushing it with the malto tho?
i just ordered 2 bottles of ancient strength for about 35 bucks cant beat that....does anyone know when needtos dermacrines gonna be out i want to try it so bad when i go on soon to feel good while on cycle...if not ill get the old one for now
this was a good write up i read awhile ago... i cant wait to try ancient strength when i go on cycle...im using just 5 grams of regular creatine mono right now and getting good results only about 2 weeks in...when i go on im going to add ancient strength pre workout...5 grams of the mono post...
this looks like a really good concept and idea...id be interested in trying the glutamine or BCAAs as well as i sometimes worry whether or not im recovering properly, and the chews would make a very convenient and tasty way to take my bcaas or glutamine. I find myself pulling out a plastic bag...
i hear u bro i can never seem to get passed 220 and ill be eating up to 6000 cals a day...ppl think im around 240 when im 220 but im not....sometimes i even drop to like 215 even tho i still look bigger, its frustrating
great and very helpful write up about ghrp6 use....what time of day should u take the 2 300 mcg dosing for bulking...and how can u use cjc 1295 for bulking as well?
