What are some good training routines to gain mass? Its very hard for me to put on weight, and Ive wasted alot of time doing too many excercises only to find I stayed the same size.
i want to build mass for my triceps too so im going to try skull crushers. Are you only suppose to raise the bar from your head X amount of times and then move on to the next set? Ive seen some people finish each set with a closed grip bench press. Does this help size? Which version is better?

I used to do dumbells. I went up in weight but I never felt it working or feeling my chest sore. Only with decline do I feel like Im hitting my chest, but it doesnt look right to have the bottom of my chest noticable and the middle and top of my chest to look flat.

My chest is underdeveloped compared to the rest of my body. I bench press but for some reason I dont go up in weight and if I try to I feel all the stress in my triceps and shoulders instead of my pecs. What could I be doing wrong?
