    New Sustain Alpha gel version

    Anyone tried this? I'm almost 1/2 through the bottle and I'm a bit disappointed compared to the old version. With the old stuff my balls pretty much doubled in size in 3 days so I definitely knew it was working. Not noticing much of anything with this gel.

    3 things that dramatically improved my bench press ... A. Switching the amount of reps every single week B. Weighted Dips C. Standing shoulder press . Do those 3 things for a month and odds are you will come back and post that your bench went up.

    Good point. Although my happiness doesn't depend on what others think of me. I was just making the point that overall people care more about what you look like rather than numbers you can put up in the weight room. But if you're like me you gotta be the alpha male in both categories!! :evil:
