i'm 5'7 and used to weight 140 then i have been working out 3 days a week, and 3 months later i weight 151lbs and can lift more weights. but the think is i have not really grown. my arms have grown by one inch?? what have i been doing wrong?? i feel better, bit stronger but look almost the same...

i was thinking of getting that done..but i feel gay going to a beauty salon to get it done..but i do pluck them myself with tweasers
