When I do CKD for a few weeks, I start to get grossed out and nauseated when I try to eat all that fat and meat. That is when I go back to eating a low fat diet. Mixing up my diet really seems to help me to stay motivated.:D
I have been using P7 with Thermorexin the past 2 night's, it has seemed to help me sleep. I normally don't have problems with sleep except for Sunday nights, because of getting so much rest during the weekend. The Thermorexin hasn't interfered with my normal sleep habits.
I would love to know how anyone can lose 40lbs. in 9-10 weeks. It took me about 5 months to lose 30lbs and I am still fat. I have a long way to go to get to my goal of 20%BF. This week I am starting Realgain's "Proper Steroid Free Training" , which I am very excited about.
Re: Re: for those on ckd..
Cyclical Ketogenic Diet, check out the Diet Discussion Board, you will find all kinds of info there. I am always bloated when I carb up, I hate that. :(
Creating the illusion is great except for one thing… buying pants. Most pants that will accommodate my ass and thighs are huge in the waist. I have found that pants that are cut low in the waist (low rise?) work the best. The only bad part is the fear of my ass crack showing.:mommakin:
I have been taking it for a little over a week. The first day I took 1 tablet as recommended. I only noticed the appetite suppression. I slowly have bumped it up to 4 a day. I really notice the appetite suppression, in my opinion it is too much. I become nauseous shortly after taking it...
You want more... there is plenty more where that came from!
