yes 5 reps would be perfect. And if you feel strong enough doing both deadlift and squat on the same day then keep it this way until you feel like you can't progress anymore.
edit: are you planning on doing this routine monday-wednesday-friday?
Thi looks good and it should be plenty enough. However i would recommend not going to failure all the time.
Also 5 heavy sets of deadlift and squats on the same day might be too much for some.
If you feel like you can't do both exercises with high intensity i suggest you move the deadlift as...
G Code by Geto Boys. This has been the song ive been blasting for the longest time on my big sets. Had some great PRs while blasting that song

no it wouldnt hurt at all. As long as you dont go crazy and do7-8 sets of 3-4 different curls exercises.
Dips are actually good and could help you get stronger on bench and OHP. I would definately add them in.
i will do the 1st workout on monday and the 2nd workout on thursday
My boxing classes are on monday, wednesday and thursday night so i do my weight lifting in the morning.
Day 1:
Deadlift
Stiff leg deadlift
Barbell rows
Pulldowns
Dips
Day 2:
Squat
glute ham raise (or lunges)
bench press
pullups
So 1st day is kinda gonna be like the Ed Coan deadlift routine excpect im not gonna do the good mornings and add som dips on that day.
On 2nd day im gonna aim to...
Damn bro thats amazing strength for a guy your size!
do you remember what your stats were before the iron addict program? and do you have a link for the program?
Well then you basically just stated the obvious which i doubt really helped him. I was just disagreeing with your advice of 400 grams of protein for a guy weighing 155lbs. Alot of that will not be used by the body and you will simply piss and shit it out.
Like i said its just my opinion though...
so you think that eating 4K cals is not enough for a guy weighing 155lbs? I honestly never saw a guy weighing that much eating over 5K calories. Its probablyaround 2.5K cals over his maintenance if not more.
thats way too much imo. He doesnt need that much proteins if hes only 155lbs. And he doesnt need 5k cals either unless he is extremly active or unless he works full time at a very physically demanding job on top of his workouts.
I would say 4k cals max and around 250 grams of proteins would be...

I got back into circuit training for now. 60 to 90 seconds rest between most sets.
Squat:
4 sets x 5 x 265lbs
1 set x 5 x 275lbs
Dips:
5 x 30lbs
5 sets x 5 x 70lbs
Pullups:
5 sets x 5 30lbs
Notes: felt like a good workout. Squats felt kinda heavy though
