I have a pretty developed chest and I am fairly strong for my size and weight. However, my lower chest is a lot more developed than my upper, and I want to get that divide between my pecs to go all the way up to my collar bone. What should I do to get that? Someone told me incline...
I'm like this as well...maybe it is gyno like the others are saying but it could also be fat there cause I tend to store fat in the same place. I've found that doing decline with a very wide grip hits that area very well and makes it look a lot more rounded.
Well, it is something new I am trying. I figured that since my front delts already get blasted on chest day, why not do a little more with them and leave them to recover instead of doing them again the very next day. I usually am pretty intense so maybe I will cut down my volume.
