Day 1 Chest
Bench Press 5x5
Incline Dumbbell Press 2x8-10
Calves
Abs
Day 2 Back/Shoulders
Deadlifts 5x5
Lat Pulldown 2x8-10
Row 2x8-10
Military Press 2x8-10
Side Laterals 2x8-10...
