    Is this cardio decent

    everyone is all hiit this and that.... atm im doing 6 days a week of 1 hr walks....alot of bodybuilders never even go past an incline of 5 or speed of 2.5.

    i can pop out 6-8 reps of 540 on the back squat.... front squat is around 8 at 360. (me doing front squats is really messy)

    height-6'1 arms-15 1/2 (love them genetics) quads-25 1/2 calves-16 1/2 waist- 36 (pants fit a 32) weight-199 cant get them arms to grow....when I first started lifting a few years back they were like 12 1/2 id kill to get them to 18's.
