My boy brought something up that you can Drink Winny straight from the amp and not have to inject. Is this true and what effects does it have if it is?
And also you can't inject Winny with Sus right? Seperate Injections?

I'm at 25 for Wide Grip right now, For chin ups I'm guessing somewhere in the area of 30, but I could be wrong. Oh yeah I'm 165lbs and do 3 sets of 15 everyday before I start my normal routine.. Works pretty well.
Yeah usually enouph time to spot whomever I'm lifting with and go get a drink of water and I'm ready to go for another set.. So I'm guessing 1.5 to 2 minutes between sets.. If I'm lifting one of the Big Threes for strenth then I'm gonna take maybe 2-3 minute rest but never more that 3 minutes...
