I'm 23 turning 24, been on 2 cycles before. First was sust and dbol, second was sust, dbol first four weeks and deca throughout with sust.

My training is good, and my diet isn't so good right now but I know how to diet and I plan to start going all out with diet etc once I'm on the cycle. I'm 5'7 and usually shorter people don't weigh as much as the taller dudes. Anything you guys think I should change?

My first cycle was sust 500mgs/wk, Dbol worked my way up 20mgs a week to 70mg a day, kept it there then tapered down. That was all, then PCT with HCG. Took nolva everyday too, but I bummed my sust to 700mg a week which is 350mg every monday and thursday. 23 this year, 5'7 66kg

If I substitute Winstrol for Anavar would I be able to run it the same way? Weeks 11 to 15 then PCT?
