Hamstring Comlpete Rupture - Post surgery cycle advice?

Thanks SubZ - I've got the best medical care possible, thanks to my insurance, this includes a really great physio - literally everyone I'm working with specialises in professional/olympic athletes, so I'm really lucky. I'm going to take some time tonight to research the peptides.

Hamstring Comlpete Rupture - Post surgery cycle advice?

Hi Guys Been on here for years but have not posted on the anabolicboard in years as I have not had any interest, but times change: I'm 33 this year and am a heavyweight (230lb) Olympic Weightlifter - recreational but competetive. I'm still working on my form but I've snatched 115kg and CJ...

    epsom salt

I've been using salt baths to help recovery for some time. I've just bought a 55lb bag of Epsom salt - i put nearly a lb in each bath! I definitely believe they work.

Why you should low bar back squat

Good shit. I find myself doing this having never actually broken down the reasons why. I will not squat like a powerlifter though, stopping at parallel and using supports like suits and wraps.

How much gains should I be making every month

If you gain 3lb a month over the next 3 years you will be a 250lb monster. Do not think about using fucking steroids.

So what the hell happened to madcow2?

He probably got bored of all the repeat threads and endless newbs asking for the same advice and then saying that they're going to go for the FLEX routine.

    Frustrated about size

Right now it seems you're more worried about how you look than how strong you are - which is fine, but a more effive approach for just mass (bodybuilding) is probably 8-12 reps and a few more exercises. SO for legs: SQUATS 4 x 8-12 LEG EXT 3 x 8-12 LEG CURL 3 x 8-12 or chest: BENCH 4 x 8-10...

Worst year in the gym ever.

I'm with you bro. Crutches for a month with a sprained ankle - fell down a 2 foot step holding a 90lb gym matt. 3 months later it still hurts. Strained pec (benching) Separated shoulder - overhead squat. Pulled abdominal wall - God knows how, couldn't stand up from sitting on the floor...

This gave me a real good lol

Actually looks like he's got 225 (45+35+10) or 255 (45+35+25) but I'm pretty impressed with her and not impressed at all by him.

    Heavy negatives for bench?

I'd be really careful with using more than your +ve max on bench press. Back when I was 18 my max was about 100kg and I read about negatives in Flex or some overly glossy bbing mag so I got my buddies to load up 120kg and give me a heavy assisted set of about 4 reps where I resist on the down...

    Best Protein

Depends on the time of day and where your workout is. Post-workout (and upon waking), you want generic hydrosolate; this gives you a quick hit straight into the bloodstream/ muscles Snack/ meal replacement, something like CNP Pro-peptide which is a blend but contains micellar casein, whey...

    twice a day workouts

You definitely can work out twice a day - drugs or not. For example, without drugs, cut your regular workout in half and do it in two sessions. No extra volume, just twice a day you're raising your natural test levels and getting two post workout nutrition widows. Intensity and focus can...
