Glutamine and fish oil would be my best bet to keep it mostly naturally. I would add creatine but with the intensity of the workouts, not sure how that would affect your stomach..

Also heard nothing but negative reviews on this stuff, not to mention the benefits aren't really that great compared to other things you could do...Seems like a waste.
I agree its def. can have its benefits but remember to include weight training in this...You never want to over-train though. If your doing 2xdays make sure you have at least a day off each week to rest, if not two. What type of Splits or Routines are you doing along with this??
