    negative effect from this board

    I think sometimes this board gives a false overview of weight lifting. I sometimes read the board and wonder to myself (am I working out hard enough for a whole weeks worth" I do 3 or 4 sets of 2 to 3 different exersices per body part and thats it.     right now I got 225lb for reps of 4 to 6...do 3 to 5 sets. I know weak legs but im working on it.
