I go little past parelle and or parelle. I go to as much failure as one can do on squats. It just seems to me that that definitely wont be enough leg workout for a whole week.
pitbull,huskies,airedales, etc etc any dog that is not over 100 and not to blocky wold be a good running partner. I ran with my 95lb american bulldog but he was just to stocky and to low to the grond to last
