Haven't trained in a week and my diet's gone to shit. It fuckin sucks. I'm gonna train mon, tues, and wed next week then I go on vacation so this really killed my progress. At least when I get back it'll be a fresh start. I'll do a couple more weeks of phase 1 then move on...

People usually seem to have a heard time finding it, even from looking at diagrams. If you need any help figuring out where to stick, let me know. It was confusing for me at first too.
Definitely switch to either ethyl oleate or grape seed oil (or a 50/50 mix of both). Either of those will be thinner and more painless than cottonseed.

Damn I could never pin calves or bis, but I'm gonna start hitting my quads and ventro-glutes with slin pins (or 27ga 1/2" needles on my regular darts) as soon as I lose some more fat.
