    Sorry, the correct is volume phase, as u said and yes, it's a DFHT. This is my second week. In weeks 1 and 2 I make squats of the Wednesday, but in weeks 3 and 4 it's hard. The fatigue is 'very big'. Thank's.

    First, i'm brazilian and my english is bad. Now, my weight is 108kg. I continue making 5x5 and I have a doubt: i'm with difficulty in the intensity phase, more necessarily in the Wednesday, because the training are very hard. Can I drop the squat of the Wednesday and do squats only monday...
