Prime ruib just plain kicks ass. Tenderloin is my second favorite. BUT, I prefer to marinate inexpensive New Yorl Sirloin cuts for as low as 2.69lb!!!!!!! For 7.00 you get about a 3lb cut of beef~~ I cut it into 8 4.5oz portions and eat it for 2-3 days:D

I personally dont belive that site injections do any better for growth. Its usually an alternative to give others sites a relief from people who inject ED or EOD for a few months at a time.

lagging.... I just started my fifth week of T400. So far only seen a little strength gain. Hopefully it will kick in soon. I am also running 450mg deca/week. Im running 600mg T400 starting yesterday.
