    Shin splints pain when running

    Shoes are very important. Also, when you can avoid it, don't run on concrete. I don't have as much of an issue with splints when I run on the treadmill because of the extra cushioning they add. Unfortunately, running on a treadmill isn't exactly the same motion.

    Usually I welcome it. Take one in the morning. Shit my brains out. Then I'm good to go jogging knowing I have nothing to crap out ;) Worst feeling running and having to take a shit or god forbid fart on the tradmill :)

    I used to only take it on workout days which worked out to be 4 times a week, but now I take it on cardio days as well (so 7 days a week) and I noticed a difference. I think I am sold on taking it every day although it doesn't ruin you to miss a day.

    complete proteins are from animal sources. There are some exceptions like soybeans. With vegetables its all about pairing to form a complete source Beans = incomplete Rice = incomplete Beans + Rice = complete that is just one example. On google search vegetarian and complete protein

    I've read they don't digest well. I used to use them, but one day I thought to myself wtf am I doing here, a scoop of whey has more of this and is a lot cheaper.

    Yep, in fact my leg almost collapsed when I stepped off the curb onto the street coming out of the gym. I cracked myself up over being such a spazz :)
