And why is it always about bench shirts why don't these people ever mention squat suits and knee wraps and belts and what not or maybe they do I just dont' give a fuck. Use what works for you I think.

Damn , with the APA they allow 2 ply but only poly I think. Either way I would recommed Titan. the Fury shirt and the Boss suit ( which is 2 ply) or the Dual Quad (single ply) for poly I really love Titan and they are very well priced.

Does anyone know why the WABDL doesn't allow 2ply or any other material than poly for the dl but for the bench you can use 2 ply and use a denim shirt. It just doesn't make any sense to me.

I would not use an anti-inflammatory such as ibuprofen. Have you ever considered something like DMSO. or a topical heat rub like Flex-all ? Or one of my favorites percocets.

What about the Titan Boss or Frantz Canvas. I think if you train in one for 1-2 months you should get a feel and be ready to rock and roll come Sep.

My stats are 6' 217lbs. Sq 500, Bn, 350 , DL 425. All of these lifts are raw I am pretty new to the pl scene. The only gear I have is a belt, some Z wraps, and an Inzer Z suit which I have only used 2 times. I plan on competeing probably in Aug or Sep either APF or USAPL ? I also lift alone...
