Well dont use primo if you're worried about hair loss. I've never heard of anyone losing hair on test but primo definitely. If you're set on using deca then make sure you use test. primo,var and deca doesn't make sense.

If you're dead against the eggs you could use some kind of lean meat like chicken breast, filet mingnon(spelling) or turkey breast(stay away from the so called turkey sausages and such). Your goal is to lean out and you could always have a cheat meal once a week.

Sorry, but neither you nor needto know what you're talking about when you mention sides from Var. Like I said in my previos post, the only side I had was lower back pumps. My blood tests I did in the middle of my cycle came back fine.
I've ran it from 60mg to 120mg. Huge difference between these two doses are strength and vascularity. Also, the lower back pumps were bareable but tough at 120mg. I won't go over 100mg anymore.
