    Yeah, I was planning to do 2 full body workouts a day. Man, that is going to be a lot of supplements. For the off days, should I still stick with 2 scoops of whey, 1 scoop of CEE, and 2 scoops of BCAAs (I would take half a dose of BCAAs as opposed to my workout days)?

    Yeah, but my doctor said that my groth plates or whatever showed I was done, and I also haven't grown in a few years. (Although, my first doctor did say I should be 5'10'' haha)

    Well, I use an HST program which puts about 10 pounds on me a cycle, so the weight gain will not be much of a problem. Also, I'm done growing, so I will pretty much be this height and weight without any modifications.
