    B FOLD a couple of small questions

    B fold, 50 year olds, thats older than me, LOL. There should be a Masters division, like in powerlifting. Started using the green bands on reverse bench presses, hanging them lightly off the top of rack. Am doing reps with 500, what a brutal sucker as the bands lose their tension.

    Bro, you should listen to the boys. I am most likely the oldest one here and I started late in life. Powerlifting is the only way to travel, its like being a gladiator, man{or woman] against gravity, defying gravity. My arms are 20" and I only do curls once or twice a month, nothing builds...

    I so far have not worn any gear, even though I own a bench shirt and briefs{never worn}, belt ,wraps, etc. I might start to compete in masters bench, then all 3 lifts, I have to take the first step. I believe that screwball and po3tic have a good point on C.N.C. but partials can also do the same...

    Good Mornings as far as I am concerned are number one for a better squat and dead regardless of what training you do, I have done 500 without much training with them, I feel 600 and 700 will happen even though I am not as young as most of you, train this movement hard because you cannot squat...
