No, not really, although when i do these on leg days, my lower back is feeling it. I do Good Mornings instead of d. lifts, but maybe ill start incorporating dead lifts into my back workouts...it makes sense to. Plus, i love doing dead lifts...i love the feeling i get in my hamstrings...

I need some info from you guys. Does sleeping too much affect the body building process (i.e., decrease in muscle growth, slower metabolism, etc.) ? I'm curious because i usually go to sleep anywhere from 10:45pm-12:00am, wake up around 6:45am-7:00am, then some days ill nap @ 9am or 10am till...

I'm from Miami, so i know a few places. Check out Shadow Lounge, Liquids, and Crowbar. Im sure theres more, but i havent been home for a while, and havent been to a club down there for a while now, so i wouldnt really know what else to suggest. Have fun, dude....theres no other place like it...

I'm from Miami, and the only real place that you'd need to learn Spanish would be in Hialeah...that's where little Havana is...but still, it wouldn't hurt to learn it. Since you're moving that way, check out the Pembroke Pines area...the apartments aren't that expensive, and it's really nice...

I personally have a Honda Civic, no modifications yet. However, my dream car is a '69 Chevelle SS...GTO's are pretty cool too. My boyfriend used to have a pretty sweet '97 Cobra and now has a beautiful '00 Lightning...those have to be the nicest trucks around so far that ive seen. :)
