Proviron should be 50 mg ed i think 25 is a waste my 2cents

first cycle sure run with it week 3and 4 take it to 30 it will help first time i used it was on my 2nd cycle and i started out at 25 and went to 30 good stuff

i start at 135 and go up 185 225 275 315 365 405 sometimes 455 and 2 cool down sets 225

i stay away from sugar water thats what we call it in the south i've had 4 or 5 sugar waters in the past year like they said be strong

If it is your first cycle no need for pyramid test should be run 2 wks after deca and for a first cycle stay at one compound see how you react 500 to 750 for 10 to 12 wks have anti on hand and pct don't use nolvadex with deca and is can be pill or liquid do some more reading and it soiunds...
