I just finished coaching my kids to a 6th grade undefeated championship season! Three of my five starters were selected for the traveling team. Very rewarding to see these kids get recognized! just my 2 cents
I have heard a lot of negative things about drinking soda while taking creatine. I was wondering if any of you know anything about that. For that matter, would it affect gear too?? Thanks fellas

What inspires me?
Being able to walk into a room and gaining instant respect from people due to size. For people to say "Damn, that guy is fuckin big!" Thats what I lift for!!
